Police Coverage

PC Laura Schmid was the PCSO for the areas of Marcham, Wootton, Shippon, Sunningwell, Boars Hill (and everywhere in between). She has now started training to become an officer and has been replaced by PCSO Carly Milward. The Local Officer is PC 1478 Katrin Gardener and also PC 5513 Keith Morton, their Sgt is PS 4715 Kevin Hickman.

Alternatively you can contact the Vale of White Horse District Council's Community Safety Team on 01235 520202. Anonymous reports can be made to Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.

Neighbourhood Watch

There are a number of neighbourhood watch schemes in the Wootton and Dry Sandford area. Kathy Gubbins, who is based at the Abingdon Police Station, helps to co-ordinate and set up schemes in the Vale of White Horse district and would like to hear from anyone who wishes to set up a scheme in their own street or neighbourhood.
